Our Private Group Experiences are fully customizable to match the energy of your event. Choose between stress-relieving group yoga, engaging 1:1 or group tarot consultations, or combine both for a complete, well-rounded event package that gives your guests a unique moment to connect, reset, and gain fresh clarity. 1. Mindful Movement & Yoga: Custom-designed movement and breathwork tailored to all experience levels—from relaxing, restorative flows to energizing morning practices. 2. Intuitive Tarot & Guidance: Interactive mini 1:1 readings for individual guests or a guided group tarot forecast to spark deep, meaningful conversation. 3. The Dual Experience (Yoga + Tarot): The ultimate party upgrade. Start with a grounding 45-minute group yoga flow, followed by personalized tarot consultations for your attendees. Perfect For: Milestone Celebrations & Birthdays: Start your special day with an energizing movement flow or intuitive readings. Bridal Showers & Bachelorette Weekends: A peaceful, restorative reset for the bride and her party before the big events. Corporate & Team Wellness Days: Help your team unwind, reduce stress, and recharge mental clarity with accessible group sessions. Private Retreats & Local Gatherings: Custom-curated movement and intuitive strategy tailored to your retreat theme across North Carolina.
Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation & Deposit Non-Refundable Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Dates are not held without a deposit. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 business days prior to the event date. Last-Minute Bookings: Events scheduled within 7 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking. 2. Guest Count & Service Adjustments Final Headcount: Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event. Adding Guests: Additional attendees beyond the initial tier may be added up to 24 hours before the event for an additional fee per person. Decreasing Headcount: Reductions in guest count within 7 days of the event will not lower the total package price. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 14 days before the event date without penalty. Your deposit will be transferred to a new mutually agreed-upon date within 6 months. Cancellations: 14+ Days Notice: The remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded, but the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. Less than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as time and resources have already been allocated. Cancellation by Practitioner: In the rare event of extreme illness, emergency, or severe weather forcing cancellation on our end, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a 100% full refund (including deposit). 4. Travel & On-Site Logistics Included Radius: Travel within a standard local radius is included in the booking rate. Extended Travel: Locations beyond the standard local radius incur a standard travel fee per extra mile, agreed upon before finalizing your invoice. Setup & Punctuality: We arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the start time to set up the space. Please ensure the designated space is cleared and accessible upon arrival. Sessions start and end at the agreed-upon time. 5. Client & Guest Prep Yoga Participants: Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Mats and props can be provided upon request for an added fee, and must be coordinated prior to the event. Tarot Participants: Individual readings require a quiet, seated space separate from high-noise areas to ensure privacy and clear communication for your guests.
