Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling & Intimacy of the Space To ensure the absolute highest quality and energetic focus for your reading, all sessions are conducted virtually via a secure video link (Zoom/Google Meet). Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection for the duration of our session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Your time is valuable, and so is mine. When you book a slot, that sacred space is reserved entirely for you. Rescheduling: If you need to shift your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund minus any standard third-party processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as that time slot cannot be filled on short notice. 3. Lateness & No-Show Policy The Grace Period: Out of respect for subsequent clients, sessions must start on time. If you are running late, I will wait in the virtual room for up to 10 minutes. Time Deduction: If you arrive within those 10 minutes, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end-time to keep the day's schedule aligned. No-Show: Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "No-Show." The session will be canceled, and the booking fee is completely non-refundable. 4.
